I blew my ear out stretching from a 1/2" to 5/8"?

I downsized and rub Vitamin E oil on it everyday. However, there is a little portion of my lobe that was pushed through the back of my ear. I was wondering, is there anyway for that to migrate back into the overall lobe or perhaps regenerate back so that it does not hang out of the back of my ear? Surgery is not an option.
