POLL: Regenerating Health or Health Bar/Percentage in video games?

Depends on the game and how much realism it's going for. For RPGs, health bar for sure; for games like Halo, regenerating is kinda good and kinda bad. Personally, I think the regenerating health in most shooters is sort of cheap and unrealistic, but hey, the developers are just trying to please the masses lol.
